b) Accommodation Feedback: Bellmount was nice but in rooms many flaws was there like one room the fan was ot working and other washroom as not proper.

Regarding Houseboat: Excellent service, only one thing to clarify houseboat was stationed at one place for some time, later was clarified by Mr. George that it was due to Govt. regulations because fishing nets are used at that time and houseboat travel will affect their fishing nets. Hello we are a group of 7 adults consisting of 2 families. we had our trip 3 n 4d to munnar and boat house during last week. The total trip was organised by Galaxy Holidays Mr Rakesh. Pl note the total trip was organised over phone/email two months in advance. The arrangements were excellent and so prompt that we never had any trouble during the entire trip. From the time we get down from bus,pick up by innova, refreshment arrangement, travel to munnar, stay at hotel, every thing is organised in a professional way. The boat house is ultimate. we got 3BR house boat with roof top sit out, TV, Music system etc. Food is tasty. Overall the organisation of the trip is excellent.

a) Feedback on the Response Time from Kerala Houseboat

Gandhiji has said " KAL KARE SO AAJ AUR AAJ KARE SO ABHI " Rakesh and his team follows this in its true sense. Whether it was receiving my calls 10 times in a day or calling me back immediately on not being able to answer my cal, we always got a quick and an effecient response from them. 
b) Accommodation Feedback

The Accommodation of each place was awesome. We got an experience of staying in cottages, 5 star and the best houseboat as well. In fact on one of the occassion when we were dissatisfied with one of our rooms Rakesh took no time on taking a quick action on giving us a replacement. 

c) Transportation Feedback

The tranportation was I guess the USP of their team. We got the best driver cum guide cum entertainer for our trip. The driver was well skilled with his driving that made the journey quite comfortable and fun. 
d) Feedback on Other Arrangements & Sight Seeing 

Every place that we visited were mindblowing and breathtaking. The best part was the right information given to us by them thus even making our money and time spend effeciently :P :)
e) Areas of Improvement :

I really need to think on this so kindly give some time on this. Howvever one thing is to market ur company well, you still have to use a lot more sources. 

If you have a great memory to share along with a couple of photographs taken on vacation, we would be glad to put it on our website.

I want to comeback to kerala because of all the best experiences and memories u have given to us. Reigeon also shares a big reason to that.

Our India trip was great indeed we very much enjoyed especially at Houseboat and Ooty. 
Houseboat was superb, hospitality was very good at houseboat and the food was superb too. We really enjoyed at houseboat. We will never forget our trip. Thanks to you and your team for giving best houseboat package. We will come back again to Kerala for houseboat if we plan to go again. 
Mr Santhos had given us very much info about Kerala and Ooty. 
I will contact you again in future if I choose to go for vacation at India.

Sorry for my delayed response. Here is my feedback as I also shared verbally with you earlier. 

I don't know much about Galaxy Holidays. But, I know yourself as I had primary contact with you. 

I can say that my every interaction with you was pleasant. You have been highly responsive, very collaborative, flexible, transparent, trustworthy and polite. Right from the time where I first got in touch with you, I got a feeling that you had a genuine interest in making my holiday comfortable and memorable. 

There was no intrusive communication, which is often seen in most of the travel agencies when they try to oversell. 

Your recommendation on the sequence of visit to destinations that I wanted to cover during 6-7 days in Kerala was just right. Your helped in organizing a full taxi for 6 days of my stay in Kerala was timely, which not only saved some cost but also made the journey convenient as the resorts where I had done bookings (especially in Munnar) were located remotely. 

My daughter, whose birthday was the reason for this holiday, enjoyed thoroughly, especially the houseboat experience. 

You accommodated our request of organizing Veg and local Non-Veg items for lunch and dinner on the houseboat and it turned out to be extremely delicious. We could even enjoy local fish items purchased freshly in the night and prepared nicely by the cook on the houseboat for the dinner. 

And all of this (houseboat and taxi) was organized at the last minute. I wish I could have contacted you much earlier for assistance with my entire trip booking. 

Anyways, I would have no hesitation in recommending your services to my friends and colleagues. In fact, I have already spread the word. 

I also got a very pleasant experience about Prashant, the cab driver. He was very professional. He knew the roads at all the destinations and enroute very well. He was not only a safe and skilled driver but he also acted as a guide for us suggesting places to visit locally, suggesting local sightseeing itinerary as per our timings, choice and convenience. He also arranged a jeep safari in Munnar wherein we could enjoy sight of some wild animals. An icing on the cake! 

All in all, it was pleasant experience and service from you. I have got a good contact now for my next holiday in south and I will be sure to reach out to you.

Hi Rakesh and Goerge, 

Sincere apologies for providing feedback late. 

The trip arranged was absolutely fantastic and was more than our expectations, right from the arrival till our departure at Kochi Airport. 

Not only arrangements were good, but Mr. Rakesh was always remain in touch and responded well through entire tour as well as pre-tour, which make us believe safe and trustworthy. 

Both Hotels referred to us i.e Silver Tips in Munnar and Rangerwood Nature Castle in Thekkady was nice and luxurious. 

Only in houseboat, it need to be improve a bit on honeymoon arrangements and AC remot
